What this is

Practical support to help you
move forward

What is Psychosocial Recovery Coaching?
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching is an NDIS-funded support designed for people whose disability is primarily caused by a mental health condition. It's not therapy — it's practical, goal-focused coaching that helps you build the skills, routines, and confidence to live more independently and pursue the life you want.

A recovery coach works alongside you — not above you. The goal is always to help you understand your own strengths, navigate your plan, and make real progress toward what matters to you.

David's approach combines nervous system tools, mindset work, and practical goal-setting — meeting you where you are and building at a pace that works for you.

Sessions can be in-person in Melbourne, or online anywhere in Australia.

What the work feels like
Real results, real people
"David has incredible emotional intelligence. He helped me uncover the real 'why' behind my struggles and completely rewire how I think about myself. I've got ADHD and a very chaotic mind — and somehow, David just gets me without me needing to explain. That's rare."
— Eran Koc, Coaching Client
