If you're living with a psychosocial disability — anxiety, depression, trauma, or a mental health condition that affects your daily life — David — a University of Melbourne Biomedicine graduate and former mental health social enterprise founder — offers practical, person-centred coaching to help you rebuild confidence, routines, and a sense of direction. This support can be funded through your NDIS plan.
David's approach combines nervous system tools, mindset work, and practical goal-setting — meeting you where you are and building at a pace that works for you.
Sessions can be in-person in Melbourne, or online anywhere in Australia.
"David has incredible emotional intelligence. He helped me uncover the real 'why' behind my struggles and completely rewire how I think about myself. I've got ADHD and a very chaotic mind — and somehow, David just gets me without me needing to explain. That's rare."
The first conversation is free, and there's no pressure to commit to anything. David will take the time to understand where you're at and whether this support is the right fit for you.
If you have a support coordinator, David is happy to speak with them directly to help set things up.
